At Ready to Launch, we believe in expanding access to careers in government and politics and centering voices that have historically been excluded.
We expand opportunities for self-identifying women in Los Angeles County to learn about staff careers in politics and government through our public events and innovative fellowship program. We provide the training, mentorship, stipends, and support that our fellows need to succeed.

This Saturday, we were proud to gather at the Woman’s Club of Hollywood to celebrate the graduation of our summer 2023 government fellows!
Each fellow shared a brief reflection on their fellowship journey, and we were honored to be joined by LA City Councilmember Nithya Raman as our keynote speaker.

Our program provides in-depth training to prepare our participants for success. We connect participants with opportunities in politics and government, provide them a mentor, and help support stipends to ensure our fellows have economic access to these opportunities. We build community to help you learn and grow.
